Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times:
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
UK Orders:
All UK orders are shipped via DPD tracked, which is expected to take 1-3 working days once dispatched. Despite this, it can sometimes take longer and is unfortunately not a guaranteed service.
International Orders:
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx with tracking. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive and follow your tracking in case customs fees are payable. Unfortunately, international orders can be held in customs, which delays shipping, and is out of our control.
Customs Fees:
All international orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the customer will be responsible for any customs fees. Should an international parcel be returned due to unpaid fees or failure to receive or pick up the parcel, the shipping costs will not be refundable, and any return fees will be deducted from your refund. Should the return fees be greater than the value of the order, no refund will be applicable.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your receipt or your order number, name, and email address inside the parcel.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are liable for the cost of returning their order to us. We recommend sending it via tracked mail to ensure it doesn’t get lost. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the postal system.
Allergies and Side Effects:
Please read the information on allergies and side effects on our website, as we cannot offer a return and refund if side effects are experienced.
Application Issues:
Due to the delicate nature of our seeds, extra care must be taken when removing them from their backing, otherwise, they can dislodge from the adhesive. We recommend using the resources on our website or social channels for application issues. We do not accept returns and refunds for problems with applications.
Educational Use Disclaimer:
Our ear seed kits are for educational use only. We are teaching you the points that are commonly associated with particular conditions, but we cannot and do not make claims to individual results if you experiment with auriculotherapy with ear seeds. Historically and in studies, with proper placement, ear seeds have been shown to work immediately for certain conditions, and take longer – up to a few weeks with multiple sessions – with others. Ear seeding is a holistic treatment that can support healing but they are not a magic pill. We, therefore, do not offer returns and refunds if you do not see results from ear seeds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our seeds, extra care must be taken when removing them from their backing, otherwise, they can dislodge from the adhesive.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Non-refundable Costs:
We do not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of returning your order to us.
Processing Time:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
